Boathouse Developments Ltd. offer a select development of 12 seafront apartments / town houses.
A select development of 12 two bedroom apartments, with garage and utility rooms on the ground floor in all cases. All apartments lounges have sea views and a patio door leading onto a full size balcony (1.2x3.5m)/(4.0' x11.0') looking straight out to sea, which is South / South West facing.

They have been designed in conjunction with the Tendring District Council by a local Architect AFS (Architectural Design and Planning) Services and with the support and co-operation of the local community group, the Jaywick sands Freeholders Association, to meet the needs and requirements of such a site. They will be built by a reputable local builder as with the first phase. Both the builder and ourselves (Boathouse Developments) are registered with the NHBC and will be able to offer a full 10 year buildmark warranty on the properties. The building control inspection is being carried out under the auspices of the Tendring District Council and will be certified in its own right at the completion of building. These properties are being built to a high quality within the price range offered.

They will incorporate low maintenance, good quality design and the materials used have been chosen to withstand the potentially severe conditions due to their closeness to the seafront.

It is anticipated that the various submissions and approvals for the next phase of the programme will be ready to commence with the building stage towards the middle of 2007.

For those who commit early enough in the build programme, a degree of customisation can be accommodated, such as tile colours, kitchen unit colours, en-suite unit in main bedroom (there would be a surcharge for this last item). This customisation can only be considered after exchange of contracts.
