Phase 2, Town Houses at Lion Point

The Company is now well on its way to putting together the next phase of development.
This will be (if all goes well) a construction of twelve town houses on the corner of Tamarisk way/Lotus Way/Brooklands Road, previously known locally as the "Donkey Field".

It will not be before the middle of 2007 before any formal applications can be made, but it is hoped that matters can be got under way shortly after that.
